SMA Monitoring API Integration — Service Terms

1. Purpose

The Fallprotec intranet (the "Application") integrates with the SMA Monitoring API to retrieve photovoltaic plant production data from SMA Sunny Portal. The integration is operated by Fallprotec SA and used exclusively for internal purposes at Fallprotec SA and its sister company Solarcleano S.à r.l.

2. Scope of the integration

• The Application accesses production data of PV plants owned and operated by Fallprotec SA.
• No data retrieved via the SMA Monitoring API is shared with third parties.
• The integration supports Fallprotec's ISO 14001 environmental management reporting and provides employees with visibility into on-site renewable energy generation.

3. Authorization

Access to plant data is granted by the SMA system owner through the SMA OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Grant flow. The system owner may revoke this authorization at any time via SMA Sunny Portal, immediately terminating the Application's access.

4. Use of data

Data retrieved from the SMA Monitoring API is displayed within the Fallprotec intranet and stored on internal infrastructure operated by Fallprotec SA. The data is used solely for monitoring, reporting, and employee information. The Application does not modify any configuration of SMA systems or devices and uses the API exclusively for read operations.

5. Compliance with the SMA Monitoring API contract

The Application is operated in accordance with the SMA Monitoring API contract entered into between Fallprotec SA and SMA Solar Technology AG, including the obligations set out in §3 (Duties of the Partner) and §7 (Confidentiality and data protection) of that contract.
